You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you to listen, collaborate, and help you move toward alignment.
When our actions reflect our values, we begin to build trust in ourselves. That clarity helps us navigate both the calm and the chaos that life inevitably brings. Using a blend of evidence-based approaches (Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Strength-Based Therapy) I aim to support your growth within a trauma-informed, client-centered framework.
